01 Overview
Finishes and paint colors for the walls, ceiling and trim of this dining room were designed by Mingari Studios in coordination with the client’s selection of fabrics and furnishings.

02 Before
As seen in this “before” photo, despite the ornate and impressive scale of the double crown moldings in this room, they were not being featured to their full potential. Lost in the unfinished whiteness was the beautiful Corinthian detail. Mingari Studios suggested changing the dark red color, and presented an appropriate color scheme for the room.
03 Ornamentation
The crown moldings, center medallion, window trim, baseboards and kitchen door were all given an antique glaze which made a dramatic difference by highlighting the finely detailed ornamentation.
04 Ceiling
A classic gold ceiling brings elegance to a formal dining room and radiance to all who dine in its glow. The central upper ceiling was finished with an antique raw sienna glaze over a metallic gold textured base.
05 Colors
The kitchen door was given an antique glaze stria which highlighted its fine quality and carpentry. A stunning blend of carefully selected golds, greens, reds and neutrals provide the perfect backdrop for an elegantly furnished dining room.
